The Johns Hopkins Toxicology Policy Research team bridges the gap between 21st century science and policy by identifying and promoting cutting edge scientific methods focused on human diseases and conditions. We believe that reducing and ultimately replacing animal models is necessary to improve public health, protect the environment, and seek new cures and treatments for diseases like cancer and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Our team of scientists and lawyers has decades of experience in the fields of toxicology, policy, ethics, and law.
